Driven by his passion for social justice, Mr. Shirian pursued his legal education at the prestigious University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, which is ranked among the top twenty law schools in the country. Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Shirian experienced firsthand the challenges faced by hourly wage workers. Working an array of jobs, they gained a deep understanding of the necessity of employment law and justice for employees. Launching his legal career at Bibiyan Law Group, a prominent plaintiff-side employment firm in Beverly Hills, Mr. Shirian delved into a diverse range of employment matters. Meet Aaron Yousefzadeh
Aaron Yousefzadeh is an Associate Attorney at Shirian Law, P.C. His primary areas of practice involve advocating on behalf of clients in claims of wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour violations.
Aaron received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, a top 14-ranked law school in the country. At UCLA School of Law, Aaron was honored with the Masin Family Academic Excellence Silver Award.
Before joining Shirian Law, P.C., Aaron worked at a national defense firm where he represented large insurance companies. He handled insurance coverage, employment practices liability coverage, coverage litigation (insurance bad faith), and general liability litigation matters. Aaron also provided guidance to international employers on minimizing liability and ensuring compliance with the California Labor Code.
Aaron decided to transition to the plaintiff’s side due to his alignment with employees rather than corporations and insurance companies.
