A first-generation American born and raised in Los Angeles, Joshua Shirian is a passionate advocate for California employees. Having worked hourly wage jobs himself, he understands firsthand the challenges that workers face every day — and the courage it takes to stand up to an employer.

Before founding Shirian Law, Joshua recovered millions of dollars for workers at a prominent Beverly Hills employment law firm, where he honed his skills in class actions, PAGA cases, and wrongful termination litigation. His track record of results and deep understanding of California employment law drove him to launch his own firm with a singular mission: to level the playing field for employees.
