About Shirian Law

Fighting for California employees with passion, dedication, and results. We treat every client like family because your rights matter.

Our Story

Shirian Law was founded in 2023 with a simple but powerful mission: to fight for employees who have been wronged by their employers. Our founding partner, Joshua Shirian, knows firsthand what it's like to work hourly jobs and face workplace challenges.

As a first-generation American born and raised in Los Angeles, Joshua's journey from hourly worker to successful employment attorney gives him a unique perspective and genuine passion for protecting workers' rights. This personal connection to the struggles of everyday employees drives everything we do.

Since our founding, we've recovered over $30 million for our clients, but more importantly, we've helped hundreds of families get the justice they deserve. We don't see case numbers – we see people, families, and futures that deserve protection.

Our Mission

To provide exceptional legal representation to employees who have been wronged by their employers, ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve while treating every client like family.
