Aaron brings a unique and powerful perspective to employment law, having previously represented large insurance companies at a national defense firm. He received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Silver Award at UCLA School of Law, one of the nation's top-ranked law schools. Aaron transitioned to the plaintiff's side because of his deep alignment with employees over corporations — he saw firsthand how workers were treated and knew he wanted to be on the side of justice.
